Hot Spring Sg Klah,Sungkai

Me, Wati, Ba and Mama woke up early today as four of us plus the rest of 38 peoples plan on vacation to newly Hot Spring Sg. Klah which located in Sungkai,Perak. We started our journey at 8.++ am. During our way to Sungkai,Kak Normah the organizer has entertain us with her son's DVD-TRANSFORMER(mostly on my request).-->watching this movie remind me of somebody - Cube,Bumblebee, etc. It has been almost two decades (i guess) since i ever watch transformer - the cartoon series then. And now,Michael Bay has put his incentives to produce it into real movie with upcoming lead actor Shia LaBeouf(used to be the Disney's kid). My Comment: Yeah, this is really awesome movie...the autobots are coooooool!!!!!
We stopped at RNR Semanggol at 9am for breakfast. I had 'nasi lemak ikan bilis with egg' and 'teh tarik'. After 30 minutes of breakfast we continue our journey to Sungkai and reach there about 11.30 am. We stopped at the front counter as Kak Normah needs to buy us the ticket (which is hand sticker strap) -->Adult : RM10 ; Children : RM5 and get back into the bus to go inside the parking lot which is the main entrance for the Hot Springs Sg. Klah. As entrance, we just walk around the place and took pictures of ourselves for memories or else proove that we've been there! He....

Wati and her friend,Shana

Later, we take turns changing clothes and starts to search for clear site to park our bags and stuffs while we soaked ourselves into the pool. For info, this Hot Springs are divided into two sites where as one side is Hot Springs pool and the other is regular pool(cool water). Since me,Wati and my parents main aim were the Hot Springs, so we just leave the cool water site and go for the Hot Springs. Even though the cool water looks more fun! It has a big giant octupus with slider. It will be fun to slide through the octupus! Neway, there are too many people on that site til we can't get any park for our stuffs. We have to exit the entrance into another entrance for Hot Springs. No need to repay the ticket since we still have the sticker ticket on our hand.
A long way from the Hot Springs entrance to its very own pool. The water is not that hot, just fevered and nice. Not many people around at the moment, so wait no more! Four of us jump into the pool and stood at the very strategic location. Took picture here and there....The pic in the right view is the Hot Spring. Although there is no giant octupus but being in this pool is so relaxing. My Ba found a location which is so awesome! It's a bunch of rocks and there water flow through ---> just like waterfall. Starting with Ba,Mama,Wati and me. I just stood there, let the water fall through me...Owh...it's great!Really awesome! I didn't even bother to move out from the spot though i can see couples of people who kept waiting to try it too. For me, this is the best spot ever in this Hot Springs!
Later, the pool has been fill with lots of people. Not as cosy as then, i move away from that spot and hang out to other spot which the water are warmer. Most of them are from the other pool(cool water). Besides Malaysians, there were tourists too. As what i can heard their chatting, they are Korean and Japanese. Well, people like them love warm water, rite? There are triplets of big 'tempayan' which we used after soaked in the hot springs. It is not a must to rinse our body after soaked, just for those who wants to. Bcoz according to the guider,if we rinse with plain water, then the special quality of hot springs will be no more, just enough if we wash our feet with the plain water.
While soaking, bathing and explore variety pose in the Hot Springs, Kak Normah suddenly appear with an announcement that the driver wants to leave home at 4pm. So, with a more round of soaking and picture taking, we rushed to the changing room, clean ourselves and get dressed. Before we took place into the bus, we steal couples of minutes to walk around the corner to egg boiling spot, feet steep (the therapy corner) and the cafe. It's not our pit stop since Kak Normah rushed us into the bus so i just took couples of picture of fish in the pool. I have no idea what type of fish but they just preety, swim together in a group.

On our way out from the Sungkai Hot spring to main road, bus uncle stop by the road for us to buy some durian and 'petai'. It was cheap i guess for 100 petai padi cost only RM36. He...my mum didn't bought it,the other 'makcik - makcik' was so excited to carry whole bag of 'petai' from Sungkai to Penang! On our way home, Kak Normah once again has entertain us with another DVD - Alien Vs Predator. Ceh, i'm not so interested at all! So, i fell asleep, plus i'm tired too!
It's 6.30pm, when we reached Sg Perak RNR for 'tank refill'. Actually, our main stop for tank refill is RNR Tapah, but there's somebody from back seat of the bus quietly suggest to Kak Normah to stop at RNR Sg Perak...And there goes my Dunkin' Donuts! As frustrated, Wati and I fall asleep. Lucky, we had a delicious curry mee at Sg Perak! We bought some fruits for eat and to be taken home. After loooooonnnggggg hours of journey, me and my family reached home at bout 10pm. of course we are soooooo tired yet we have fun there!
