Hot Spring Sg Klah,Sungkai

Me, Wati, Ba and Mama woke up early today as four of us plus the rest of 38 peoples plan on vacation to newly Hot Spring Sg. Klah which located in Sungkai,Perak. We started our journey at 8.++ am. During our way to Sungkai,Kak Normah the organizer has entertain us with her son's DVD-TRANSFORMER(mostly on my request).-->watching this movie remind me of somebody - Cube,Bumblebee, etc. It has been almost two decades (i guess) since i ever watch transformer - the cartoon series then. And now,Michael Bay has put his incentives to produce it into real movie with upcoming lead actor Shia LaBeouf(used to be the Disney's kid). My Comment: Yeah, this is really awesome movie...the autobots are coooooool!!!!!
We stopped at RNR Semanggol at 9am for breakfast. I had 'nasi lemak ikan bilis with egg' and 'teh tarik'. After 30 minutes of breakfast we continue our journey to Sungkai and reach there about 11.30 am. We stopped at the front counter as Kak Normah needs to buy us the ticket (which is hand sticker strap) -->Adult : RM10 ; Children : RM5 and get back into the bus to go inside the parking lot which is the main entrance for the Hot Springs Sg. Klah. As entrance, we just walk around the place and took pictures of ourselves for memories or else proove that we've been there! He....

My parents at entrance

Wati and her friend,Shana

Later, we take turns changing clothes and starts to search for clear site to park our bags and stuffs while we soaked ourselves into the pool. For info, this Hot Springs are divided into two sites where as one side is Hot Springs pool and the other is regular pool(cool water). Since me,Wati and my parents main aim were the Hot Springs, so we just leave the cool water site and go for the Hot Springs. Even though the cool water looks more fun! It has a big giant octupus with slider. It will be fun to slide through the octupus! Neway, there are too many people on that site til we can't get any park for our stuffs. We have to exit the entrance into another entrance for Hot Springs. No need to repay the ticket since we still have the sticker ticket on our hand.
A long way from the Hot Springs entrance to its very own pool. The water is not that hot, just fevered and nice. Not many people around at the moment, so wait no more! Four of us jump into the pool and stood at the very strategic location. Took picture here and there....The pic in the right view is the Hot Spring. Although there is no giant octupus but being in this pool is so relaxing. My Ba found a location which is so awesome! It's a bunch of rocks and there water flow through ---> just like waterfall. Starting with Ba,Mama,Wati and me. I just stood there, let the water fall through me...Owh...it's great!Really awesome! I didn't even bother to move out from the spot though i can see couples of people who kept waiting to try it too. For me, this is the best spot ever in this Hot Springs!
Later, the pool has been fill with lots of people. Not as cosy as then, i move away from that spot and hang out to other spot which the water are warmer. Most of them are from the other pool(cool water). Besides Malaysians, there were tourists too. As what i can heard their chatting, they are Korean and Japanese. Well, people like them love warm water, rite? There are triplets of big 'tempayan' which we used after soaked in the hot springs. It is not a must to rinse our body after soaked, just for those who wants to. Bcoz according to the guider,if we rinse with plain water, then the special quality of hot springs will be no more, just enough if we wash our feet with the plain water.
While soaking, bathing and explore variety pose in the Hot Springs, Kak Normah suddenly appear with an announcement that the driver wants to leave home at 4pm. So, with a more round of soaking and picture taking, we rushed to the changing room, clean ourselves and get dressed. Before we took place into the bus, we steal couples of minutes to walk around the corner to egg boiling spot, feet steep (the therapy corner) and the cafe. It's not our pit stop since Kak Normah rushed us into the bus so i just took couples of picture of fish in the pool. I have no idea what type of fish but they just preety, swim together in a group.

On our way out from the Sungkai Hot spring to main road, bus uncle stop by the road for us to buy some durian and 'petai'. It was cheap i guess for 100 petai padi cost only RM36. He...my mum didn't bought it,the other 'makcik - makcik' was so excited to carry whole bag of 'petai' from Sungkai to Penang! On our way home, Kak Normah once again has entertain us with another DVD - Alien Vs Predator. Ceh, i'm not so interested at all! So, i fell asleep, plus i'm tired too!
It's 6.30pm, when we reached Sg Perak RNR for 'tank refill'. Actually, our main stop for tank refill is RNR Tapah, but there's somebody from back seat of the bus quietly suggest to Kak Normah to stop at RNR Sg Perak...And there goes my Dunkin' Donuts! As frustrated, Wati and I fall asleep. Lucky, we had a delicious curry mee at Sg Perak! We bought some fruits for eat and to be taken home. After loooooonnnggggg hours of journey, me and my family reached home at bout 10pm. of course we are soooooo tired yet we have fun there!

T-H-E-B-B-Q

We planned to go for it one week ago. My family, my aunt's family and bunch of youngsters; Sham,Adam,Nasrul and Along who live next door planned for this BBQ. We had to do it at late nite, since everyone keep bz working except me and my mum on SATURDAY! The location is around new house area which cost a unit RM1.7m but not worth for money if you get a chance to see inside the house. The best part of the house is only that it has big garage which i think can fit 3-4 cars. We called it new "Gurney Drive" since the scenarios are facing seaside view. We book this place around 9pm and we set up the fire about 10pm for the BBQ. Since many of us took part, so each family need to bring some of the menus. The menus are as follow ; marinade chicken, marinade beef, simple merinade siakap and prawn cover with rich yellow tumeric, chicken and beef hot dog, yummy chicken satay with delicious 'kuah kacang' and 'nasi himpit', miscellaneous junk food, fine and smooth kacang kuda, hot nice coffee, cold fresh coke and juicy orange sunquick. Luckily we brought the youngster who are really help much. They start the fire, take turns to do the cook, build up the camp, go to shop to buy stuff that not enough and play us the soothing unplugged music(they brought a guitar) but not from my bro and sis! Singing crap and i guess this is the reason the light rain start to pour. Sorry guys!
Playing Butterfingers Unplugged
My cousin's hubby who loves fishing bring along his fishing equipment with worm bait(eeee....) and manage to catch only 2 fishes since the fishing rod roller's broke. But yet he release the fishes coz the fish can't be eaten(the type of fish i guess).
While eating, we chat some stuff; my bro and the youngster among themselves, my mum with my aunt, sis, cousin and Amy(my bro's GF), my cousin's hubby with his fishing rod, Boboy and Caca riding their bike, my dad with his friend and me keep bz taking photos!
My dad with Boboy
We do not hang up for too long as we always do since my sis is working nite shift and my cousin has some stuff to do tomorrow. At 3.30am, we packed out things up and more less at 4am we start our engine and reached home....Tired it is...but the fun is priceless!

Welcoming ME!

I can't sleep last nite, I went to bed so early and woke up before my alarm rings. I don't know why maybe it is because today will be my first day in my new workplace. And i'm not that sure whether this is excitement or terrifying feelings since there will be new surroundings, management, job responsibilities and definitely new friends!
So, as for first day, not much to info just the HR took me around the factory, meet up with the superiors and staffs. As noon, five of us (my department team) went out to Jusco for lunch. I was informed that any new staff who join in this company, she/he will be taken for lunch...so, we can go outside while the rest of the employees just have their lunch in the cafe. Heheheheeh.....best tuh! The team has decided to lunch in TGI Friday! I have never been before so I just give a try....Just looking at the menu,I'm totally full! Not only the price is way to expensive for just A lunch, but the food is plate full. Since I need to fill in my 'tank', I just ordered a plate of pasta with chicken and whatsoever (I don't know what is the name of my menu). The rest of the team have ordered tacos, salmon with something2 and I can't remember the other two menus but the order includes "all for three" appertizer. I don't talked that much during eating just keep on eating to keep my plate empty! And as all of us cleaned up the food, the waitress shown up with a bill in her hand. I just glance to see the total and guess what? My lunch with my new team cost us RM314.XX...Fuh!We bet we're full! Luckily, as welcoming me to this new company, our lunch bill today is on the company's budget! Hmmmm....i guess i shud just ordered a set menu which cost RM40.00 per set....Neway, it's OK...I get to be in the TGI Friday , have lunch there and the main important is.....it's FREE!

Farewell F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

Today is my last day in Unico Electronics. Sad to leave the people who close to me. Soon Chaw as always has organize some makan- makan at KFC Bayan Baru, next to Sunshine Square. At first, the makan-makan will be held at the same place which he threw to Ara. But,some of my co-worker cannot attend it due to they have stuff to do, so Chaw just do it during our lunch break.
I don't really mind about this makan-makan as long as we can spend one or two hour together, that will be enough. Yes, we have fun there....starting only the technicians, purchasers and couple of operators to join the club yet the HR and the MIS also want to join in!
To all technicians, thanks for your help towards me and all the knowledge that I gain is priceless because it's me from zero to nothing. It's not easy when you got A's in theoritical but D in practical! To Soon Chaw, thanks for being the best buddy! To the operators, nice knowing you guys....and to See Mei,we'll meet up some day!
Last but not least, thanks for everything!
